Support Coach (residential):

Teach budgeting; money management skills; provide life and social skills training; guide, instruct, and counsel youth in residential treatment settings. Support coaches oversee goal setting groups and provide one-on-one assistance to program participants.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience working with at-risk youth.

Youth Program Specialist:

Work collaboratively with other staff to develop programming to support the development and attainment of educational, vocational and social goals for program youth. Also, provide coaching to youth and young adults in identifying, pursuing and reaching goals, along with administrative program support.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience with youth services organizations

Community Engagement / Outreach Program Coordinator:

Conduct school and community outreach to increase membership of youth in organization’s program. Maintain a referral system for youth to be referred for mentoring services. Assist with client enrollment, interviewing and matching-enrollment.

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience with youth mentoring programs.
